Hi, I'm just introducing myself as Rocko. I've had general anxiety and mild OCD which sometimes can cause depression since I was a Junior. I've had quite a few odd OCD obsessions and some frightening ones but I feel I'm starting to understand myself and control myself better.
I'd just like to say to all the people who are new to this don't give up hope, ever. Live one day at a time and know that no matter how wierd or devastating your thoughts are, you are not alone.
A huge thanks to the people to all of the contributers to this website, as like me, I bet there are many who read your words who found comfort whilst not saying anything themselves [till now anyway].
