Head Injury

Hi all

I know this is probably not the place tp post this but i am panicing.
Two days ago i was hit on the forehard hard by a heavy box that fell off a shelf as i was trying to lift it.I felt dizzy when i was hit and obviously it was sore.
The problem is,i have had a headache ever since,still feel dizzy and feel very spaced out.I dont know if this is anxiety because i am worried or not.The forehead is sore to the touch but there is no bruise.
My husband says he has been keeping a close eye on me and says i showed no signs of more serious damage,but im worried i might have a blood clot.What should i be looking for?
I have been to the Dr for that many things over recent months that i loathe to go again.
What are the chances of something more serious developing?

I think your husband is right... if it is was something more serious you would be showing other symptoms by now such as ... blackouts, painful headache that you get no relief by, nausea and sickness, sensitivity to light etc etc...

I am not a doctor but I dont think you have anything to worry about. You will be feeling dizzy as you will be getting more anxious the more you worry. If it would put your mid at rest make an appt with your GP as I am sure they would rather you check it out and put your mind at ease that make yourself worse.
