eyes feels heavy + tired

Just wondering if this is a sign of anxiety. I dont want to google so thought Id asked if any one every experiencing it. My eyes feel so heavy and tired it goes on for hours sometimes. My anxiety is really high lately do you think it could be that.

Its so horrible isn't it. Makes me worry so much. Anxiety can cause so many things its unbelievable. Hope your ok x :)

I have this constantly. My eyes really look tired,like the lids are quite heavy and low,youd think opening them would help but it doesn't.

Anxiety takes it's hellish toll on our bodies in loads of ways,it's astonishing x

I have this today, but I have no energy...my eyes are hurting, burning and feel like they are dry and painful, is this anxiety?
