It tastes revolting... but I really think that when i was going through a stage of having lots of interviews, it helped keep me a bit calmer than i would have been.

I am also a big fan of herbal teas at night to help sleep. Valerian tea knocks me out completely, but there is a make called pukka teas, which make the yummiest soothing tea (as well as a rose and cammomile 'love' tea)

I try and eat organic food and as healthily as possible.

Does anyone know of any foods that are particularly good for anxiety?
