hi im new so hope this is in the right place,just want to say im so relieved to find out that im not the only one freaking out over death, and its a comfort to realise that im not going mad after all and there is a reason behind all this, i never used to be like it but hopefully i can now grasp some understanding and bring it under control,:blush:
