my health anxiety has been plauged with a question....


can u overdose on bonjela???

cz i keep thinking i have as i have been usinf it ALOT for my sore gums.

please help

I have no idea - perhaps you ought to ring NHS Direct and ask them - you may need to find out what is causing your sore gums and have that treated.

I wouldn't have thought that too much of anything over a long period of time is very good...

I suppose you need to ask yourself whether you are using it safely, as recommended on the leaflet - or excessivley and if it is excessively then are you experiencing any of the side effect symptons?

Hmm..I get quite bad ulcers and swollen lower gums and I use a fair bit of bonjela from time to time.. I wouldn't have thought you could overdose on it but I dunno.
