Does anyone have a way of not letting themselves actually be sick during an episode? This is my worse symptom and I have been sick before so would love any ideas on how to not be.This makes the panic worse probably.Am now on Citalopram so hopefully this will help soon, and I have some Diazepam for emergencies.

Hi,

I have got into a bad habit of having to carry Rennie Tablets around every where I go. Its not a good habit to get into but they help when I feel sick whilst Im having a panic attack.

They stop you feeling sick, and help with a bad stomach. You can take up to 16 a day and they dont have any side effects.

You should try them, They should work.

Wish I had more advice to give. All the best.

Ginger is supposed to be really good for nausea and upset stomachs.

"Taking Ginger

Ginger comes in a wide variety of forms. It is available in capsules, teas, oils, tinctures and extracts. Most products are derived from fresh or dried ginger or from distilling the essential oils. When trying to reduce nausea you can take ginger in the form that is most readily available. Side effects from ginger are rare and it is considered a safe herb even in large doses. "
