have been on 3x10mg propranolol for a few weeks now and have had a heavy feeling in my head. I stopped them and the headache went away but last week i ended up in a&e with a racing heart. Doctor advised me to carry on with them. My heart rate is about 64 but occasionally goes down to about 57. (resting). Has anyone any advice please? x
