Hi!
Iv'e viewed this site loads of times and have found it really useful and all the members stories reassuring during episodes of the anxiety bug.
Id always been a worrier as a little 'un but Ive suffered with major anxiety for four years including panic attacks and a phase of agraphobia.
I feel Im almost at a point where I can share my expierences with others and they won't think im nuts so I thought I'd take a step forward and join the forum.
I'm 29 years old and am in the process of putting my life back together hopefully to be free from the prison that has been my mind for so long.
