Reassurance before bedtime?

Iv been terrified of having something wrong with my rectum bowel etc for ages, had I sigmoidoscopy, biopsies taken, all fine. but during this process would they have noticed any problems there could be with the anus? are symptoms for anal cancer more obvious? :s

you definately dont have anal cancer a sigmoidoscopy would rule that out as the first thing they look at when they put it in is your anus. i know cos i have had the full works - a colonoscopy!

Did you get the results of the biopsies then? All ok I assume?
