Tummy need advice please.

Hi all,
every so often I get shrp pain below my ribs in the stomach area, and today I have bad acid.
I am really worried about this,I have OCD,HA,Anxiety and painc attcks.
Is this stress related.

It can be anxiety related but more likely your diet needs adjusting to exclude such things as alcohol, spicy food, acidy food, caffeine and smoking.

hi there i had this a few weeks doctor put me on omprozole which has helped a little but anxiety does make it worst.
