Lack Of Sleep :(

Is not going to sleep at night a another sign of anxiety?? i mean i can get to sleep and that but i choose not to, it's weird lol. Also when i do sleep i always feel i have to sleep when it's early morning, and have to sleep with the t.v on. Anyway anyone else ever experience this??

I have anx and yes i get the same when my anx is bad.

some mornings it 4 and 5 and im still up.

I always fall asleep with tv on when im feeling really bad
