After two clear years my anxiety returned yesterday with gusto - I don't know how I am going to get through this again but hope with help of this site it will be easier this time. To those who know me they could see something was happening to me over the past few weeks - I feel so isolated

Welcome aboard! Sounds similar to me! Got clear for 3 years then it jumped me again about seven months back and i was gutted and as usual i was the last person to see it coming!!! Loads a nice people on here in the same boat which does help! All the best....

I try and think.... if it came on that quick, it can go like that as well!..... be patient, you've got better in the past and you'll get better again!!
