Hi,
I suffer from panic disorder but I was slowly getting a little bit better.
Now I bought myself a new bed (for 2 instead of 1) and a new wardrobe but
apparently I am heaving a really hard time with those changes in my room.
I think it is because my "safe place" doesn't sense so familiar anymore.
Do any of you have the same kind of problems and how do you deal with them?
