hello everyone, my name is mandy and i'm new to this site, i'm 25 and have been suffering with panic attacks for the past 3 years and ocd since i was 12, unfortunately they have both been getting worse. i'm hoping someone can offer me some advice??

i have had the same problems for many years too, finding this site was a god send for me, its very informative and its reassuring , and great to be around people who truely understand where you are coming from...
