Hi,
I have a strange problem in that everytime its really hot i start to feel light headed and woozy. And it makes me scared to go out in the sun. Even last year i went sunbathing alot in the summer and this summer i hardly ever do because of this fear. When its cooler or windy or evening its ok, but during the day when the sun is out i feel dizzy and sometimes naseous too!
Is this normal? A friend says that she always feels a bit light headed in the summer bcs its so hot. But is it normal to feel sick also? Is this possibly to do with my fear? My boyfriend had to drive me home today because i felt sick and was worried about being in the heat (its so hot where i live in the summer, think 35ish atm outside and 30 in our appartment), but i felt really sick, and when i got home i was shaking a bit and had to lie down. Now im ok just a bit light headed and worried .
I just want to be normal and go sunbathing or walk around in the sun like the other people do.
I hope somebody can understand and maybe offer some advice,
