Does anyone else ever feel this way

I have panic attacks mostly about health matters and what not. I get attacks cause I think my stomach cramp might be appendicitis or that the pinch in my left shoulder area might be a heart attack. Sometimes I get this little voice in my head that tells me "What if this time it's not a panic attack and it's the real thing and your trying to ignore it" and it makes it worse. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

yeah i know exactily what you mean and i get like that too
but i wouldnt say my PA's are over health issues
