beating the blues - a question?

Does anyone know about the beating the blues programme offered by the NHS online? I asked my GP about it but the surgery knows nothing about it.
Apparently your GP is supposed to give you access to the programme by giving you a code.Any ideas?

If you put "beating the blues" with the quotes round it in the search facility on here it finds all previous posts and there are quite a few about it.
