Hello! My name is Aaron im 23 year's old from manchester England.
Had my first panic attack at 18 and anxiety followed it for another 6 months after that and i managed to beat it. Recently had a panic attack again out of no where and dealing with anxiety again, and was looking for hints and tips on how to beat the new sypmtoms im feeling this time around. Hoping to beat it again!
Looking forward to sharing hints&tips on how to beat this stuff, and receiving good advice aswell
