fingernails

hi, i am worried about my 18 month old baby, i have googled this and no luck so i thought the wise ppl of nmp could help, i have noticed a few of her fingernails falling off, they go white then just drop off, she drinks lots of milk so i doubt its calcium related, at the minute she is suffering from oral herpes, i just dont know what to do about it xx

yeah the whole nail, but there is another underneath, its not just skin left

I would take her to the doctors. I don't think its anything to worry about its just odd because normally when nail falls off there is not another nail under there straight away and it takes a while to grow back x
