Long car journey - Help

Looking for a quick bit of advice here guys.

I'm heading out on a long car journey today, and I wasn't worried about it until last night and i'm still a little concerned this morning.

Its just me ad my friend, and he knows about my panic attacks, which does make me slightly more at ease.

Is there any advice anyone can share with me?

Hi this is probably to late as you said it was today but I always try to listen to some upbeat music, something you can get carried away with doing silly car dancing, anything to take your mind off it. Hope everything went well.

Thanks for the reply. Thats exactly what I did, some music and it helped.

All was well and at least now I know I could do it again.
