I'm new!!!

Hi there, I was directed to this site when I was searching for info on Citalopram. So pleased I have found you!! Doc has prescribed these for insomnia and I am concerned that alot of people here seem to find that one of the side effects is that they can't sleep on these tablets. Not started taking them yet. Shall work my way around the site and perhaps post this somewhere more appropriate. Look forward to chatting to you.

hi kate ...............there are many better ways of sleeping than taking antidepressants.......getting off them is terrifying...........try warm milky drink , relaxation classes, warm bath before bed , there are many ways rather than the drug route ......good luck xx
