Ok, so I don't really know what I'm looking at when it comes to cholesterol, but im slightly anxious about it until I find out.
Could somebody take a peek and tell me if my levels are good or bad?
Serum cholesterol 5.54 mmol/L
Serum triglycerides 1.42 mmol/L (0.6 - 1.5)
Serum HDL cholesterol level 1.77 mmol/L (0.9 - 2.4)
Total cholesterol: HDL ratio 3.1
Not really sure which figure im supposed to be looking at.
Is it real bad that my Serum triglyceride are 1.42 and the upper normal range is 1.5? or is that good that its at the top end?
