can't breathe

last night i dream in my dream, someone curse me, i am so shock sad suddnely
i cannot breathe , out of breathe and hard beating fast. i am so worried, scared, i wake up, and relax , is that serious dangerous,
but in my dream i can feel dizzy, and can't breathe, is it cos of high cholesterol?

I think u have been told in your previous posts that these symptoms are from yr anxiety.

High cholesterol wont give u these symptoms.

Its like mandie said high cholesterol wont give you the symptoms, but anxiey will. The more you worry the worse the symptoms and then you get in the fear circle. Loads of people have high cholesterol but you can get it down with diet, excersise and medication if needed

What steps are you taking to get yourself well again?

Are you doing relaxation and correct breathing every day.

There is no point keep posting on here saying you are still suffering unless you yourself take some steps to get over it.

Re-read the First Steps website page on the left and the How to Cope page and get on top of the breathing and relaxation.
