please help?

hi
i am now at the end of my tether. after a few good weeks i am back to feeling as if i am going to die again.
i have a lump at the bottom of my face about the size of a pea near my jaw, it could just be an infection but im thinkin the worst. iam of to doctors tomorrow.

i also keep getting the feeling that my heart is going to stop and all my insides are burning-this does pass and im sure its anxiety related.

i have the pressure in my ears again and the tingling on the back of my head. can anyone put my mind at rest?

hi Ruthie,

I can imagine that you're scared but I'm sure that it's nothing serious. Us anxiety sufferers always jump to conclusions, don't we? It's no different this time I'm sure. Let us know how you get on at the GP.

just wanted to say good luck at the Dr's.
I worry constantly about the slightest ache, pain, lump and feeling too. I find that i am always trying to reassure myself about something, it's horrible isn't it?
