Muscle Weakness

I should point out that I have been in a wheelchair for 19years after a diving accident that damaged my neck but have got a fair amount of recovery. Can push myself around and my legs where strong enough to weight bear. For nearly 2 years now I have noticed my muscle getting weaker I thought it was just down to lack of real exercise and my age (45). During that time I've had anxiety about loads of other things bowels, bladder, stomach to name a few. Now I am convinced that this muscle weakness is something more, I get aches in my biceps and they can last for minutes or hours. I no longer can stand as well i as could as I need too, to get in and out of my car and on and off the loo. I caught myself googling earlier on today and... well you can guess the rest as to what I think I have. I have come on here to really just say what I am feeling as I can see from other posters its good to talk as it where.

Sorry I do have a habit of going on a bit.
