Aches & Pains

I dont know if this is in the right area but lately i have been experiencing pains under my rib cage on both sides of my body and my both my shoulders feel very achy all the time. I Dont know if this is from anxiety itself or that i do sit down on a computer chair for the majority of the day, i'm a bit worried of this as i think it could be something serious.
Anyone else experiance something similar to this ?
