Hi i wonderif any one could help me few weeks ago i had a hernia operation but now i have noticed a lump it dosent hurt i usded to suffer with panic attacks and because i felt this lump i thought some thing was wrong now i'm getting a feeling like i'm going to faint and a pain in my chest like i have trapped wind with a sharp pain but it not wind i feel like my brain is not part of me it comes in stages of wanting to faint i feel sick too could this be some form of a panic attack as its new symptons to me i also get etopic heart beasts

would be very greatful if some one knows what this is or do i run for a hosital

i would ring nhs direct just to be sure because of the lump.
