So tired still....

I've just recovered from a bad cold virus (not swine flu!) and I have a slight cough left. The thing that is getting to me is that I am still so tired, I have no energy at all and keep wanting to doze on the sofa all day.

Is this usual to feel this way even though the other virus symptoms have gone? My HA is starting to say 'cancer' to me and I'm desperately trying to ignore it before I let the fear take hold.

It takes awhile for the body to recoup from any virus. Don't worry, your energy will return. You don't have cancer.

Hi Mondie. I feel exactly the same. I am so tired have done nothing all day it seems. Even cooking the tea for my little one tires me out. I also still ache and my muscles hurt. It has been nearly two weeks for me :(
