I am 45 years old married sons all grown up now, i have suffered with depression anxiety panic attacks for 20 odd years now, but at this point in my life i feel so lonely and fed up, i wake up feeling despair with my life, i want to turn it around but cant seem to do it.
I suffer with cronic fatigue and muscle pain , so that restricts me in life, anyone out there who could be my friend, also i am a very good at listening to other peoples problems.
