chest pain

Hi i new to the forum been having panic attacks since feb this year been on meds beta blocker made me feel ill stop taking them last week be having chest pain as any one had this

i think you are supposed to come off beta blockers gradually, shipmate ........... take care xx

Dull pain been having this pain for some weeks have had few tests but been told it stress and panic i have them off and on all day
i have panic attack in feb of this year and been having these pains on and off since then

Well remember the heart is a muscle too and does get pains like arms/legs etc.

Do some stretches behind your back and that will help alleviate it.

20mg ......blimey i only take 2.5mg......i would still come off gradually
