Hi everyone. I've been reading many of the posts and articles on this site, and they've been a tremendous help to me. I just wanted to let you all know that this is the most supportive and friendly anxiety/panic website I've seen!
I don't have severe anxiety or panic. It kind of comes and goes for me. I've had maybe a dozen panic attacks in my life, the most recent of which were some of the most terrifying moments of my life. Thankfully I have supportive friends and family which have been a great help to me. In fact my mother is a psychiatric nurse of 35 years, so I have someone to talk to about this! Thanks MOM! That still hasn't stopped me from ending up in the ER twice with panic. :D
Anyway, thanks for the site and the articles and posts, I hope to participate in this site when I am able.
