Hi,

Have been doing a little better lately and last weekend managed to go away for a wedding, although I felt a little uneasy and panicky at times I got through it but when I got home I felt realy bad for about 4 days.

Anxiety came back and derealization with a major vengence.

My boyfriend bless his heart has booked a suprise break away somewhere (dont know where but involves flying) for my 21st B-day although im really excited I havent been on a plane since my anxiety started and Im not sure if im gonna cope with it. Is there anything I can take (herbal wise) that will help me stay calm and enjoy my trip coz when I get back I have to go away some where else and dont want to feel anxiouse for that!

Also Im worried im going to get the anxiety and depersonalization back when I get back from this trip.

[Wow!] lucky you!!

Take rescue remedy for sure!! That always helps. Also take loads of things to distract yourself: water, snacks, books, music, etc.

Hope you have a great time!! :D

Hi Kate

I know this can be a scary time, especially when you dread the aftermaths og doing things, but eventually it will get easier, the best way to handle things can sometimes be to try and do some relaxtion once you get back, go straight into keeping yourself occupied and keep it going, that way you have less time to think about it !

Good luck and have a great time Holidays are really good fun, I still remember them ! lol

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Kate

Have a great time and i am sure you will enjoy it. How nice is it that he has done that for you.

I am sure after the break you will feel a lot more confident. But if it comes to the worse we are all here to help you but i am sure you will feel so much better after having a break and what you have achieved.

Love Sal xx
