Anyone have any tips.

I know they have mental health nurses there I think so at least I will have that to fall back on if I really need to.

Off to Reading at the end of the month. Really looking forward to it at this time but I know a week before my excitement will turn to dread (yes I know, Negative thoughts, Really find it hard to change them)

Has anyone on here ever been to a large festival before with your panic attacks and anxiety? How did you cope?

Thanks

i went to leeds fest last year and it was dread for about 1-2 weeks, i really didnt want to go and even on the way there i was tempted to leap out of the car and run. But when i got there, settled down it was a blast. Im not going this year any more because of my mental health and anxiety.

I have big issues with crowds.
but you can leave anytime you want! I'm sure who ever your going with is supportive.
I find if I know I can leave , that seems to help alot.
try and turn any anxiety into excitement! if you can lol.
good luck and please tell us about how you got on too :-)

unfortunatley my anxiety leads me to drink, and at festivals i tend to drink a lot.
