Funny, I did a search on "Panic no more"--a book recommended to me & found this place (brilliant title by the way). Did some surfing of the site...great place thus far!

Haven't found the book yet...lol.

A little about me - I'm one of those rare 30+ agoraphobia cases & definately not happy about it. I was flat on my stomach for about 6 months either drugged up on the family doctor's "wonder drug" or dealing with attacks that seemed to come out of nowhere (and not knowing why). A year has past since the first attack & I still have my daily "issue", but at least now I can put a label on it.

I look forward to many discussions with you folks :)

Hey Cliff,
Welcome to the site. I've been a member for a few weeks now, and I can say I've seen a lot of improvement in my case since I've joined. The people here are helpful, and very understanding. I've have been fighting off agoraphobia and Horrible attacks. Some days are worse then others, but I still manage to go out and so forth...I try the best I can to beat this Anxiety, and you can too...I wish you the best on finding your book...I'm currently reading "Overcoming Anxiety For Dummies" It's pretty helpful ;) If you need someone to chat with PM me anytime :)
Take care!

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
