Does anxity lead to Tachycardia . When I take the rate on ECG it is always over 100 , but when I just take the pulse at home it is 85-95 .

I think it is white collor anxiety that leads to Tachy . What is your experience ?

Any anxiety or fears do definately lead to tachycardia.

Its just how the body is built to work.

We are fearful - we produce adrenaline and the heart beats faster.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

hi sanjay
yes tachycardia is very common with panic attacks. you can use propranalol to calm it down, but consult your doctor first.
