Prozac fools with your brain chemistry. It helps reduce symptoms of OCD/anxiety/depression by making more serotonin available in the brain.

Adjusting your own dosage is, IMO, like working on the engine of a car as it speeds down the road.

You need to talk to the dr who prescribed it in the first place. I know in the US, any dr with a perscription pad can get Prozac for you - but only psychiatrists have the specialized training to understand what the meds do and what that may/may not mean to your OCD/anxiety/depression.

If you got your meds from a dr who is NOT a psychiatrist, then I really think you should go to a psychiatrist.
