help feel like i ave face ache

for some reason i ave awfull jaw ache even my tounge is acheing feeling realy over anxiouse dont no if this acheing started before i was feeling anxiuose or the awfull face ache is makeing me feel more anxiouse god that sounds so mixed up but it how i feel right now take care all trish x

Not sure what to say really, perhaps try and take some painkillers? If the pain is to do with a cold, perhaps a decongestant.

My face aches after I get done kickboxing.

Come to think of it, so does my head and my ribs and often my legs.

its not a pain thing it just ached like yr arms when been carrying stuff around my son say stay off the phone mum and give yr jaw a rest lol he could be right so on here for a chane will prob ave aching fingers nest thanks guys
