Throat

Hi Guys, well things are slowely improving for me. Have been out of bed for two days and getting around. Hard work but small steps....mornings are particulary bad and last thing at night for my anxiety.

I now seemed to have developed a new symptom like some one has hold of my throat, funny sensation almost like someone is strangling me.

Is this Anxiety?

Whats been wrong Sharon?

We often get sensations when we become aware of our throat, for me its swallowing etc.. Try and do something to try and distract you from what you are feeling? I would say its a pesky anxieyt symptoms!

Hi Emira. Lots wrong at the moment but trying to get through it, spent to long in bed over the last two weeks. I will try and distract myself and see if it goes. Thanks. Sharon

Hello, i've had that feeling too aound my neck, like its tight and feels like i'm being stragled, its really uncomforable.

I just put it down to anxiety or just "One of those things", those niggles we get for no reason.
