stomach aches

does anyone get nervous stomach aches and feelings of nausea that appear for apparently no reason, if so how do you get rid of it? it usually happens when i'm just sitting inside with my boyfriend and when it happens i can't help thinking about all the other times it has happened and that just makes it worse.. Its a vicious circle

thanks Meg.. you're posts have been really helpful but do you know any other drinks that can help other than tonic water because i don't really like it?

any fizzy drink should help , tonic and soda water are a bit more carbonated than pop though so are better.
