My doctor recomended MoodGym because I'm too social phobic to see an actual CBT therapist, but to be honest I've not found it helpful, but thats just personal to me, other people find it extemely helpful.

I use this one http://www.cci.health.wa.gov.au/resources/infopax.cfm?Info_ID=40

You print off the modules and work at your own pace, i'm finding it really helpful.

I would recommend living life to the full like seeker has. Currently doing some modules myself on this. Also if you type the centre for clinical interventions in google, the first website that comes up has some good modules to work through too.
