cold water head rush

Hi everyone,
I have suffered from anxiety and depression for 3 years now and lately it has been better. Lately however I've been suffering from some very wierd sensations which have knocked me sideways

I get a feeling on the left side of my head like a rush of ice cold water. Then I feel weak and faint. This can happen a few times and its really knocked my confidence.

Can anyone help?

I wish I could help.

I experience that too, have had it today, completely out of the blue whilst browsing the shops with my daughter. I can within seconds get completely out of control and I feel "horrible". I wish I could my cranky head round the whole thing. It makes me mad, sad and totally fraustrated with life.

Hope you get some useful advice.
