hi there,
i suffer fom HA,OCD,ANXIETY and Panic attack and i get reall bad back pain between my shouder blades is there anything i can do to relive this?

I also get lower back pain, upper back pain, and pain between the shoulder blades - does anyone else get this as an anxiety symptom?

Has anyone been tested for conditions that can cause this?

It is one of my many symptoms, but i find it extremely worrying and keep thinking it is cause by pancreatitis or something!

Try A massage or a hot bath. This pain could be caused by your HA OCD whoes. It's quite common for tension to cause pain between the shoulder blades. This tension and pain could quiet simply be from the anx feelings and worries you have.

Hi

I have been tested by a specialist (Rhuematologist) for pain between my shoulder blades and i have a condition that is called kyphoscoliosis (kyphosis for short) its where the thoracic part of the spine is slightly bent. it can cause pain also in between the ribs and on the sternum at the front of the chest. It can be very painful at times but i am convinced that my anxiety makes it worse!!
