Which one?
Have done www.livinglifetothefull.co.uk (http://www.livinglifetothefull.co.uk) It was ok but I felt it would have been better to do it in person. I felt isolated but it may well work for you - gie it a try.
It's called "beating the blues" which I Thought was a bit odd but after I read the notes it does mention a lot about anxiety
have done living life to the full and for me it helped loads.... specially the section that teaches you to challenge your thinking. good luck x
There's another one called http://www.fearfighter.com/ but it costs those that live in Scotland 350 pounds to use, and you must get login details from a GP to use it. I have never used it so I don't know if it's any good but just to let you know it's there. Another couple is http://www.moodjuice.scot.nhs.uk/ and http://www.breathingspacescotland.co.uk/bspace/CCC_FirstPage.jsp
