View Full Version : Tight Chest ,Side Pain and Neck Problems Question

Hi,

Its been awhile since I ask a question here and this isn't really about anxiety ,its more or less about different things that other people may have problems with or have.

I have been experiencing tightness in the chest and problems with my neck,

Curious if this has to do with posture. I lay on my left side and prop on my left arm when I watch Televison. I also do this when I work on the computer and my neck is higher than my body. I usally prop up on my left arm tilting my head to the right .

Recently I have found my chest muscles are tight and my neck feels as though its tight and also my right side from being turned kind of inward is hurting as well. Does this all fit for muscle strain ? Anyone that can help is appreciated.
