iv had tummy pains just above my belly button since yesterday
im scared iv got a vomiting bug it comes and goes what can it be im so scared iv got a bug

Have you eaten anything that disagrees with you? From where it's located it is probably indigestion or a bit of acid reflux.

If it is a tummy bug, the chances of it putting your life in danger are slimmer than a catwalk model; you will get over it in a few days. No need to fear :)

im emetophobic so a stomach bug to me is for from okay!
people what dont suffer wont understand what im sayin in this post but im so scared the pain comes every 10 mins or so
my mum said if it was a tummy bug i would have constant pain so i duno what to think
