Hi all! My name is Michael and I'm 20 years old. I have been suffering from anxiety and stress for 10-14 days. I know the time may be short but I could honestly tell all of you that it has been the hardest time of my entire life.

I have recently stumbled upon this site and thought that It made me feel better. I hope we all could help each other in building a better you and me. :)
