feel so sick hate it

went tp sleep about midnight woke up at 2 feelin sick now cant go bk feeking sick makes me anxiose so sweating as wellfeeling panicky went in chat room did not help there so posted on here trishx

I'm sorry hun. I know what it feels like to be alone and up with nobody to chat with. Just focus on your breathing and try to do something that distracts you. Read a book, do a puzzle, play a handheld game.....or talk it out. What is making you panic?
