Hiya,

I stopped taking Seroxat cold turkey at the end of August (with the advice of my therapist, and then later the backing of my doctor as they were making me ill). Anyways, it was decided afterwards that the tablets were making me agitated... thing is, there are still moments when I get those scary panicky feelings of not being in control of my head or anything-- and nothing triggers it, and nothing can stop it. I also feel like there is a buzzing in my head at those times, and I shake.

I was just wondering really if anybody thought this could all still be linked to withdrawal... or whether it's worth going to the doctors. Thing is, I know they are sceptical about the ideas of withdrawal from this drug, but the two weeks after were hell, and there are still feelings coming back now I can't cope with.

Thanks,

Hannah

Symptoms of Seroxat withdrawal can continue for several months and the buzzing / head zaps is a common complaint.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

Thank you.

I love how they don't tell you any of this when they start getting you to put poison into your body...

I'll just leave it then! Thanks
