Poor blood circulation

Is the only cure for this to be put on medication?

I can never lie on my side like watching TV becuase I start to get pins and needles in my hand after no more than 2 minutes.
Cant cross my legs for too long

I also wake up with a completely dead arm quite often and that scares me. What if one time I dont wake up and my arm gets cut off from the blood completely and I have to loose it, Would that happen?

Shall I just go to the doctors about this and see what they say?

i think if there is something bothering you no matter how small you should go, even if you have a chat with the nurse, we all spend to much time myself included(im probably one of the worst) dwelling on whether we should visit the docs. Just book an appointment and think of the relief you will feel as you leave the surgery. good luck :-)

It's pretty normal to wake up with a completely dead arm, could just mean you sleep in a funny position. I sleep right on top of my arms, and sometimes one of them goes so dead it feels like it's not there. But go and have a chat with the doctor if you think it will put your mind at ease :)
